How to open a another user's folder in Entourage (Exchange 2010)

    All hosted Exchange 2010 accounts.
  • Prerequisite

    • a hosted Exchange 2010 account
    • Entourage 2004 or Entourage 2008
  • How to

    1. Open Entourage.
    2. Go to FileOpen Other User's Folder.

    3. Click on the icon with an illustrated person.

    4. Enter the address of the owner's folder you wish to view and then click on Find.

    5. Click on the user and then click on Advanced.

    6. Add /exchange/your@emailaddress at the end of the Server Address field and then click on OK.

    7. Make sure the user is selected and then click on OK.

    8. In the Type field, select which folder you wish to view (CalendarAddress Book or Inbox) and then click on OK.
