How to import a user list (Exchange 2010)

    This guide will show you how to import a user list in your Control Panel.

    All hosted Exchange 2010 accounts.

    • a hosted Exchange 2010 account
  • How to


    1. Log into the 2010 Control Panel.
    2. Click on Import users, located in the Users section under Tasks.

    3. Click on Download the import users spreadsheet.

    4. Save the file on your computer and then enter your user information into the spreadsheet.
    5. Return to the Import users page and click on Browse.
    6. Find your import users spreadsheet and then click on Open.
    7. Click on Save.
