How to create a room or an equipment mailbox (Exchange 2010)

    This guide will show you how to create a room or an equipment mailbox from your Control Panel.

    1. Log into the 2010 Control Panel.
    2. Click on New user in the User section under Tasks.

    1. In the Mailbox information section select Equipment or Room in the Mailbox type dropdown menu.

    2. Fill the required fields and then click on Create.
