How to remove a Service Book from a BlackBerry (Exchange 2010)

    This guide will show you how to remove certain service books from your BlackBerry device from your device itself and from the Control panel.
  • Applicable to

    All hosted Exchange 2010 accounts.
  • Prerequisite

    • a hosted Exchange 2010 account
    • a BlackBerry device
  • How to

    On the unit itself:

    1. On the start screen of the unit, select the Options icon.
      BB_Options
    2. Press Advanced Options.
    3. Select Service Book.
      BB_Service_Book
    4. Select the Service Book you wish to delete.
      BB_Select_SB
    5. Press the Menu key.
    6. Select Delete for the Desktop (SYNC) service book, Desktop (CMIME), Desktop [CICAL] and finally the Desktop [ALP].
      BB_Delete_SB
    7. Confirm that you wish to delete the Service Book by pressing Delete.
      BB_Confirm_Delete_SB
