How to know which version of Windows Mobile is being used (Exchange 2010)

    This guide will show you how to find the version of Windows Mobile that is being used on your Pocket PC or Smartphone in order to set it up with your Exchange account.

    All hosted Exchange 2010 accounts.
  • Prerequisite

    • a Microsoft Windows enabled Pocket PC or Smartphone
  • How to

    1. On the start screen of your mobile phone, go to Start Settings.
      MD_Start_Settings
    2. Select the System tab at the bottom of the screen. 
      MD_System
    3. Press the About icon.
      MD_About
    4. You can now see the version that you are using at the top.
      MD_Version
    5. Select the FAQ that corresponds to your device below:
