How to create a Power View report (SharePoint 2013 Business Intelligence site)

  • How to

    1. Login to the SharePoint 2013 site as an administrator.
    2. Navigate to your PowerPivot Gallery.
    3. Choose a workbook which you are going to use as a source for your Power View report.
    4. Click the Create Power View Report button in the top right corner of the workbook.
    5. Create your report.
    6. Go to the File tab and click on Save as.
    7. You will be prompted to save this report to the PowerPivot Gallery (you can change the location for your report if necessary). Enter the name for your report and click Save.
    8. Your report has been saved to the PowerPivot Gallery.
