How to create a distribution group in OWA (Exchange 2010)

  1. Log in to OWA under an Administrator account.
  2. Click on Options - See All Options.
  3. Under Manage Myself drop-down menu choose Manage my Organization.
  4. In the Users and Groups section choose Distribution Groups and click on New.
  5. Enter the Name, Alias and E-mail address for your new Distribution group.
  6. Add Owners of this group if necessary.
  7. Add Members to this group.
  8. Choose the necessary settings for Membership Approval of your new group and click on Save.
  9. Your new distribution group was created.
