How to delete a mailbox in the Exchange Control Panel (Exchange 2010)

    This guide will show you how to delete a mailbox in the Exchange Control Panel.

    All Exchange accounts.
  • Prerequisite

    An Exchange account with administrative rights.
  • How to

  1. Login to OWA .
  2. Enter your e-mail address and password for your administrative account, then click Sign In button.
  3. Click Options button, select option See All Options.
  4. Click Manage your Organization button/icon from Shortcuts to administrative tools section.
  5. In order to delete a mailbox click Delete icon and then a mailbox will be deleted.

  6. Note: deleted mailbox is recoverable for a limited time. It can be restored by clicking Deleted Mailboxes icon.Choose user mailbox and click Restore.
