How to use a public-contacts folder as an address book

    All hosted Exchange accounts.
  • Prerequisite

    • a hosted Exchange account.
    • Public folders enabled in the Control Panel.
  • How to

    1. Open Outlook.
    2. Click on Folder List.

    3. Right-click on the public folder Contact List and select Properties.

    4. Choose the Outlook address book tab and put a check in show this folder as an e-mail address book, then Apply and OK.

    5. Open your address book.

    6. The folder will now appear as one of your choices.
