  • How to

    1. Open Outlook.
    2. Click on File - Import and Export.

    3. Click on Import from another program or file and then click on Next.

    4. Click on Personal Folder File (.pst) and then click on Next.
      Ok_Import_PFF_pst
    5. Click on Browse.
      Ok_Import_Browse
    6. Click on the .pst file you wish to import and then click on Open.

    7. Make sure the box Replace duplicate with items imported is checked and then click on Next.

    8. Check the box Include subfolders, click on Import items into the same folder and select your mailbox folder in the drop-down menu. Then, click on Finish.
