  • How to

    1. Open Outlook.
    2. Go to File Import and Export.
      Ok_File_Import_Export
    3. Click on Export to a file and then click on Next.

    4. Click on Personal Folder File (.pst) and then click on Next.
      Ok_Export_PFF_pst
    5. Click on the topmost folder, check the box Include subfolders and then click on Next.
      Ok_Export_Include_sub
    6. Click on Browse.
      Ok_Export_Browse
    7. Choose where to store your .pst file and then click on OK.
      Ok_Export_Location_OK
    8. Make sure to check the box Replace duplicates with items exported and then click on Finish
      Ok_Export_Replace_Dup
