How to download your offline Address Book in Outlook 2010 (Exchange 2010)

    This guide will show you how to download your Offline Address Book (OAB) if you have recently added new distribution lists, or new members to your Global Address Book, and you wish to see them immediately.

    All hosted Exchange 2010 accounts.

    • Outlook 2010

  • How to

    1. Go to Send / ReceiveSend/receive GroupsDownload Address Book.

    2. In the new window, click on OK.

    3. When the Outlook Send/Receive Progress window disappears, the address book will be done downloading.

    Note: If you receive an error, please make sure that your Autodiscover A record has been successfully created and configured by referring to the FAQ: How to add a record to a DNS zone.
